Magic of Mountain Adventure – from Paphos

Escape the busy resorts and discover a different side of Cyprus on this full-day Jeep Safari. Travel through scenic mountain landscapes, traditional villages and hidden natural attractions while experiencing the island's authentic culture and history.

Your adventure begins at Asprokremmos Dam, one of the largest dams in Cyprus, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Continue to a traditional Cypriot village, where you can enjoy a short coffee break and experience the warm local hospitality.

The journey then takes you to Arminou Dam, peacefully set among the hills and forests of the Paphos region, before visiting the historic Tzelefos Bridge, the largest medieval Venetian stone bridge in Cyprus, hidden in the heart of the Troodos Mountains.

Next, enjoy a short walk to the picturesque Chantara Waterfall, one of the island's hidden natural gems. Afterwards, explore the charming village of Omodos, famous for its stone houses, narrow streets and traditional atmosphere. Here, you will also have the opportunity to taste a delicious halloumi pita.

The excursion continues with a visit to a local winery, where you will sample traditional Cypriot wines, including the famous Commandaria, as well as the local spirit Zivania and a pistachio liqueur.

The day ends at the spectacular Aphrodite's Rock (Petra tou Romiou). According to Greek mythology, this iconic landmark is the birthplace of Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty.
